First Choice Community Health Centers was established in 1979 as a non-profit community health center and certified as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). First Choice Community Health Centers is dedicated to providing primary health care and dental service to the under served citizens of Harnett and surrounding counties. Services include: Family practice medicine for children, teens and adults OB/GYN care including regular screenings, prenatal care, and family planning Dental care including preventative and restorative Pharmaceutical assistance for those who qualify Laboratory services for our patients X-Rays (at Boone Trail Medical Center)
