Dental Hours of Service: Monday Wednesday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Community Health Centers are non-profit, community-directed health care organizations that provide comprehensive, high-quality, affordable primary and preventive care to all individuals regardless of their insurance status or ability to pay.

    I have a broke tooth in the back of my mouth, plus having pain in my gums. I'm also missing a tooth in the front of my mouth. Wht documents do I need? I'm currently receiving unemployment
