Eisner Health offers primary dental care to patients, this includes cleanings, exams, sealants, tooth extractions and prevention education. Eisner Health is a quality-focused, federally qualified nonprofit community health center dedicated to improving the physical, social, and emotional well-being of people in the communities, regardless of income. Sliding scale (slides to zero, except for dentures or partials, which will always require a minimum fee). Third-party payment accepted: Medicare Medicaid Private insurance Uninsured clients pay a fixed fee for the initial consultation.
