Comprehensive Community Health Centers operates five primary care clinics offering a comprehensive approach to health care and striving to be a one-stop shop for your health care needs including primary medical care, dental care, behavioral health, vision, preventive health care, and other specialty services to underserved individuals in metropolitan Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley. CCHC is a California Non-Profit Public Benefit Corporation and is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving patients of all ages, demographics and cultures regardless of their ability to pay, race, religion, age, gender or sexual orientation.
