I would like to be treated at the dental department here on Eve Road, and also the Optometrist. However, it is a HUGE NIGHTMARE EVERY time I try to call this location. I can never reach anyone in this office directly, so I have to ALWAYS wait a MINIMUM of 20 minutes and most often longer. All that time some woman is jabbering to the point of extreme annoyance. I desperately need dental work done, but I refuse to have to deal with this problem. Is there anything anyone can do to GREATLY improve the communications via telephone at this location?
