Shortgrass Community Health Center provides dental care such as restorations, cleanings, extractions, crowns, bridges and dentures. Sliding scale services available for those without insurance. Shortgrass Community Health Center (SCHC) provides patients an option for first class dental care in Hollis and Harmon County. With a full time dental assistant on staff and a rotating general dentist, they are able to provide the following services: General Dentistry Fillings and extractions Professional Dental Cleaning (Prophylaxis) Dental X-Rays Root Canals Crowns Bridges Fluoride Treatments Sealants Preventative Care Oral Health Education Community Dental Programs Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Call to schedule an appointment Fees: Sliding scale services Documents required: Must provide photo ID/driver's license, proof of insurance or proof of income for sliding scale services
