Community Health Connection Dentistry provide you and your family with preventative and restorative dentistry available in a relaxed and comfortable environment. Dental Services: Comprehensive Exams (complete evaluations of mouth and neck) Root Canals Crowns Partials Emergency Exams Digital x-rays Cleaning Fluoride treatment Fillings Extractions Community Health Connection accept most private insurance, Medicaid (SoonerCare), Medicare and Insure Oklahoma. If you do not have health insurance coverage they have a sliding fee scale that reduces your cost based on your household income and size.
