On-site services include: routine hygiene basic and major restorative care fillings crowns bridges dentures extractions emergency dental services SMCS accepts most forms of private insurance, as well as Medicare and Medicaid.  Care will be provided to all, regardless of ability to pay. Financial assistance is available to those who are income-eligible and fees are charged in accordance with a sliding fee discount policy based on family size and income.

    I am interested in getting my teeth out but all my teeth are broken at the gums so I would like to be put out. Also I have really bad anxiety when even a needle goes near my mouth. I really need this done or I'm gonna suffer big problems later.
