They operate under a discounted sliding fee schedule based on proof of income. They accept Medicaid, Medicare, PCN, CHIP and most other insurances. Hours:   Monday - Wednesday and Friday, 8:00 am -5:00 pm.   Thursday, 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm.   Saturday, 9:00 am - 1:00 pm.
