Eligibility:    Adults 18 and over; all ages with non-emergency needs. Fees:   sliding scale fees based on income & service Intake Procedure:   Call for an appointment bring appropriate District Clinic or Medicaid Card.

    What kind of ID do I need do you work on a sliding scale and I am currently unemployed due to the coronavirus. I do not have Medicaid.
