Tri-State offers a Sliding Fee Scale discount to individuals and families based on family size and income level. This is made possible through a federal grant intended to help reduce health care costs for people with no health insurance or limited incomes. As a community based non-profit organization, Tri-State is committed to offering health care to all area residents regardless of their ability to pay. To see if you qualify for their sliding scale discount program, please visit or call the Tri-State Case Manager at 717-485-3850. She is available to meet with you and discuss the various options for meeting your needs. In addition, Tri-State offers a Medication Assistance Program (MAP) for their patients to obtain prescription medication for little or no cost. This program is for income eligible patients who do not have prescription coverage. To learn more about the program contact the MAP coordinator at ex. 222 for details. If you are uninsured but don't want to apply for the discount program or are not eligible, you can automatically receive a 20% discount if you pay your bill in full at the time of your visit. This is their way of helping to ensure that all uninsured residents have access to affordable health care.
