I’m homeless and was told y’all do free dental work. I am In need of dental work I have broken teeth and in pain most of the time I other pith aches much like I am right now I’m in tears from the pain. I was needing to know what paperwork or documentation I need to bring with me cuz I live about 30 mins away and am borrowing a ride and don’t want to make very many trips up that way.
