Sandhills Medical Foundation is a community health center serving residents of Chesterfield, Kershaw, Lancaster, and Sumter counties. Their mission is to make primary medical care accessible to all people within the community. They are a Federally Qualified Health Center, not-for-profit corporation, whose board members come from the communities they serve. Founded in 1977, Sandhills Medical Foundation provides high quality primary medical care and their physicians are Board Certified.
