Dental services are available for adult and pediatric patients: Comfortable Tooth Cleaning Cosmetic Bonding and Restoration Dental Exams Emergency Service $85 (self-pay patients) Extractions Fluoride Treatment Full Mouth X-rays Oral Consultation Pain Management Panorex Periodontal Disease Treatment Personal Oral Health Instruction Prescription services Root canals (limited service offered to Peds only @ Lindell location) Space Retainers Tooth Colored Fillings The Betty Jean Kerr Peoples Health Centers (PHC) is committed to providing comprehensive primary health care to the residents of St. Louis metropolitan area regardless of their ability to pay. Betty Jean Kerr Peoples Health Centers (PHC) offers discounted healthcare services on a sliding fee scale. The amount of the discount is based on your family size and income, and can be fully discounted if you fall below 100% of the federal poverty guideline.
