North Country HealthCare provides extensive primary care services to low income, uninsured, or underinsured people in northern Arizona. As the only publicly supported community health center in the area, their charges are based on a sliding fee scale determined by income and household size. North Country offers full-scale outpatient primary healthcare in Flagstaff, Lake Havasu, Ash Fork, Seligman, Grand Canyon, Kingman, Winslow, Holbrook, St. Johns, round valley and show low. Payment OptionsNorth Country HealthCare accepts private insurance, AHCCCS, Medicare and offers a sliding fee scale for financially eligible persons. They also accept most major credit cards as well as care credit for payment.
