Hours: Monday - Friday7:30 am - 5:00 pm If you have insurance, Family HealthCare will bill your insurance company. You are expected to pay the co-payment and deductible payments required by your insurance coverage and all charges for services not covered by your insurance plan. If your insurance plan has changed since your last visit, please bring the new information to your scheduled appointment. If you qualify for the Sliding Fee Scale discount, your discount will be set based on federal guidelines for family size and income. The Sliding Fee Scale discount calculates your fair share of the cost of your care. Access to dental care is a major concern for low-income families because the majority of private dental offices do not accept patients covered by Medicaid or other public programs. As a result, many do not get preventive dental care and end up in emergency rooms with infections and severe decay. Bad dental health impacts overall health and increases the risk for chronic problems such as diabetes and heart disease. Family HealthCare recognizes that dental health is an integral part of overall health and provides the following dental services: Dental exams and cleanings Fluoride treatments and sealants X-rays Cavity fillings, replacements and crowns Emergency dental care They have a team of four dentists who see patients at their main clinic in downtown Fargo and at their clinic in Moorhead.
