The clinic operates as a free service provider every Tuesday evening, and it is offering these services mainly to people who need urgent treatment. The free services include dental extractions, X-rays and dental fillings. The CARE Clinic is a free health clinic serving residents of Goodhue county who meet the following criteria: Annual income at or below 275% of poverty level Uninsured and unable to access medical insurance Services: Access to primary care Treatment for both urgent and chronic conditions Needed medications Connections to other local programs and resources Quality healthcare Hours: Tuesday 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm. First come - first serve.
