Dental clinic hours: Monday - Friday: 8:30AM - 5:00PM When you arrive for your appointment, they will have you complete several important forms. A comprehensive exam will then be completed, which includes an oral cancer screening and any x-rays the dentist deems necessary to make accurate diagnoses. At the end of the appointment, your comprehensive care game plan will be set in motion, and you can schedule your next appointment knowing what treatment needs to be completed and how much it should cost. Financial Assistance: Accepts Medicare, Medicaid, Hoosier Healthwise plans (including MDwise, Managed Health Services and Anthem) and most commercial insurance plans. They also welcome patients with no insurance. If you do not have insurance, you may be eligible for a sliding fee discount.
