Konza Prairie Community Health Center is a not-for-profit charitable organization and one of several hundred Community Health Centers partially funded by the federal government. Services Provided Include: Comprehensive Dental Care General Dentistry Limited Oral Surgery Bridges, Crowns Fillings Partials and Full Dentures Root Canals Extractions Dental Hygiene Teeth Whitening Sliding Fee Scale: There is a mandatory fee for all patients who qualify for the sliding scale at the time of the visit. If a patient is not sliding B then he or she will be responsible for the charges billed based on the status of their sliding fee; C, D, E or F as annotated below. Patients referred to outside services will be responsible for the actual cost unless arrangements are made (i.e. Lab, X-rays, and Consults). Please be aware that the Dental sliding scale will differ. They accept Kansas, Medicaid, UniCare and Children Mercy Insurance. Head Start and School Oral Screening for Children. Prescription Program.
