Hernando County Health Department/Nature Coast CHC provides primary health care for conditions within the scope of assistance that the Health Dept. is qualified to provide. Following a medical examination, the physician will determine the diagnosis and course of treatment. This may include labwork, x-rays, or referrals. Fees are based on family income. The Dental Program provides services by appointment only. They accept children ages 3 and up and adult clients. The following services are provided at both our Spring Hill and Brooksville sites: Preventive Dental Care (Prophy and deep cleaning, Dental Sealants) Routine Restorative Dental Care, (Fillings) Emergency Dental Care, including extractions
