Services are available to people who are experiencing homelessness, and have already attended a medical visit with a primary care provider at Heartland Health Center, or received a referral from a Heartland Health Center medical provider. Dental Services: Dental checkups Cleanings Fillings Limited extractions X-rays Heartland Alliance Health accepts many payment options including Medicaid, Medicare, and many insurance plans. For those without insurance Heartland Alliance Health offers convenient, low-cost easy payment options on a sliding scale. Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 8:30 am 5:00 pm. Wednesday, 9:30 am - 9:30 pm. Emergency walk-in hours, 8:00 am - 1:30 pm.
