Provide dental services to Alachua county residents only and are uninsured for dental as well as are under 150% of the federal poverty level. Every patient that is interested  must go through an extensive financial eligibility process and can begin that process by calling 352-334-7926. Once that process is complete they are eligible to receive completely free dental services for 6 months. The services provided are extractions, fillings, oral examinations, hygiene education, dental cleanings and urgent care. For those who are at least 62 years of age have resided in Alachua County for at least 2 years are eligible to receive free endodontic care and prosthetics. Currently unable to do wisdom teeth extraction as well as implants. Hours: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm No walk-ins The We Care Physician Referral Network (We Care) provides access to necessary volunteer medical and dental services for uninsured residents with low income. This program, which was established by the Alachua County Medical Society (ACMS), is a partnership between the ACMS, the Alachua County Health Department, the Alachua County Board of Commissioners, the Alachua County Dental Association, and other community programs. The We Care program components include primary medical care, specialty medical care, and oral health services. Self-referrals are accepted for oral health services. A participating We Care physician must initiate referrals for all medical services. Services are limited by the availability of a volunteer provider. Eligibility:  Eligibility for volunteer medical and dental services is based on several factors including financial situation, access to medical insurance, the presenting medical condition, and the type of service requested. A comprehensive financial statement is required.
