You are expected to pay the co-payment and deductible payments required by your insurance coverage and all charges for services not covered by your insurance plan. If you qualify for the Sliding Fee Scale discount, your discount will be set based on federal guidelines for family size and income. The Sliding Fee Scale discount calculates your fair share of the cost of your care.
