I had multiple broken teeth with pulp exposed, along with infection from lack of treatment. I was advised over the phone to just bring my ID. Upon arrival, I was told I could not do anything with a significant amount of paperwork I was not told was required. I asked if I could at least see the sliding fee scale so I could try to start preparing. The girl told me that wasn't possible unless I first paid a $100 "chart set-up fee." I never returned.
