UNPROFESSIONAL & INCOMPETENT You will wait a very long time in the waiting room while patients who came in after you are seen first. Parents are not allowed to come in with their children so that they won't see that he does no work himself -- he has students doing all the work. He is also extremely condescending and does not know how to interact with people. When my son’s brace broke, he insisted on blaming him for eating the wrong foods, even though it broke before we even got home from the previous visit. He had my son in tears and then said “This is not the right office for him and he is not a candidate for orthodontist work.” Rarely have I met a person so rude and inconsiderate. I found his behavior to be disgusting and offensive.
