Chicago Family Health Center (CFHC) offers a full range of dentistry services for adults and children. From toothaches, cavities, and cleanings, to restoring your smile by fixing or replacing teeth. Dental Services:  Cleanings  Exams  X-rays  Dental sealants  Restorative treatment  Extractions Chicago Family Health Center (CFHC) accepts many payment options including Medicaid, Medicare, and many insurance plans. For those without insurance they offer convenient, low-cost easy payment options on a sliding scale. Hours:   Monday and Thursday, 8:30 am - 8:00 pm.  Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.  Saturday, 8:30 am - 1:00 pm.
