About Arizona Dental Foundation and Association

Arizona Dental Foundation provides non-emergency donated dental services for seniors age 65 and older, people on SSDI, or people who are medically compromised.

The Arizona Dental Foundation keeps Arizona smiling by providing charitable dentistry programs to children, seniors and individuals with a special need.

They do this by mobilizing volunteers, identifying and linking resources, and offering educational opportunities for dental professionals.

Because of the extensive screening process, please understand that this program cannot respond to emergency requests.

Upon receipt, your application will be placed on their waiting list.

Be patient; waiting lists in some areas may exceed three years.

The referral coordinator will contact you when your application comes up for review.

I am a veteran. My wife and I live on minimal Social Security only. I have five rotted teeth on my upper right side; a broken (at the gum line) tooth on the lower left; and my jawbone on the lower right is deteriorated to the point that my roots show. I am experiencing severe health problems; and suspect that dental infections are the culprit. The pain is agonizing. Can you help me?
