Hours Of Operation: Monday, Tues, Thurs, Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Wednesday: 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Saturday: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m Services Provided: Primary Care Obstetrics/Gynecology Family Planning Immunizations WIC STD Dental (by referral) The Dental Clinic provides a full range of services to Medicaid children and 4-C Head Start children. Dental emergencies are accepted and treated on a monitored daily basis. List of Dental Programs OfferedMedicaid: Children only age 1 - 20 May be from any County in Florida. Complete dental careEmergency Fund Program: Any child from birth thru 18 years old. Living in Osceola County for emergent pain relief. Dentist may at their discretion schedule other services as needed. School Referral Program: Any child on free or reduced lunch in Osceola County Schools. Must Provide letter from school stating they are on free or reduced lunch. Pain Relief and preventative treatment. Head Start: Must have Head Start Voucher from 4-C. Complete dental care provided. Senior Program: Any adult 60 years or older. Treatment is limited to exam, x-ray, and dental prophylaxis (Cleaning). Poinciana Community Health Center Adults (with or without Medicaid): Must be patient of record at Poinciana Community Health Center and referred to dental by a doctor or nurse practitioner for specific emergency. Must have financial interview for sliding scale. Treatment will be limited to the specific emergency. Poinciana Community Health Center Children (not on Medicaid): Must be patient of record in Poinciana Community Health Center and referred to dental. Must have financial interview for sliding scale. Complete emergency dental care provided.
