I was at your office before had to put off the extraction to get Mitral valve surgery in 2017. I have four teeth left that have to come out
Iv been to the dental clinic several times for different dental work never had a problem Beth cleans my teeth every time I go always happy she is the best overall never had a negative experience
Avoid this place if you can. These are dentists just out of school. Over 3 years I've had several procedures. All were failures of some sort. Bad dental work. The worst I've ever experienced. The employees, other than the dentists, are rude, unhelpful, unsupportive and generally a pain to deal with.
I've been to this clinic.I had fillings work. I had a cleaning. I needed a crown. I had an emergency. I paid but with a discount. The staff was unfriendly. I waited less than 1 hour HORRIBLE, STAY AWAY IF POSSIBLE! THE MANAGER IS A RUDE WOMAN! THE "DENTIST" ARE LETS SAY NOT GOOD. THE MESSED UP A CROWN I PAID FOR AND WHEN I WENT FOR A SECOND OPINION AT ANOTHER DENTIST, WHO SAID THEY SHOULD HAVE NEVER LET YOU LEAVE WITH THAT LIKE THAT AFTER THE DENTIST DRILLED HALF THE PORC OFF THE CROWN, I WENT BACK TO TELL THEM AND I WAS TOLD YOU WILL PAY AGAIN OR WE WILL SUBMIT TO YOUR INSURANCE WHICH THEY TRIED TO DO BUT GOT DENIED, MEANING THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN PAID TWICE FOR ONE JOB. THEY ARE NOT HAPPY I REPORTED THEM TO THE NJDA, AND STATE BOARD. I WAS TOLD THAT IF THEY REDO THE WORK AND I AM NOT HAPPY THEY WILL NOT SEE ME AGAIN. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE ANY DOCTOR'S ANYWHERE CAN GET AWAY WITH SHODDY WORK????? YOUR DENTISTS ARE GOING OUT INTO THE WORLD SOON TO WORK AND THIS IS WHAT YOU SHOW THEM TO PERFORM ON PATIENTS??? CLEANINGS MIGHT BE OKAY BECAUSE THE STUDENTS DO NOT PERFORM THEM, BUT IF YOU HAVE ANOTHER CHANCE TO GO TO ANOTHER DENTIST RUN DO NOT WALK THERE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. MANAGER AIDA SAID SHE WAS PAYING FOR MY WORK TO BE DONE AGAIN, LIKE IT WAS COMING OUT OF HER POCKET, YOU ARE FEDERALLY FUNDED! YOU DO NOT LET PATIENTS WALK OUT OF A CLINIC WITHOUT LETTING THEM LOOK AT THE DENTAL WORK NUMBER 1 AND WHEN I QUESTIONED THE FEEL OF THE TOOTH I WAS TOLD IT WAS NORMAL, UNTIL I GOT HOME TO LOOK AT THE SILVER IN MY MOUTH WHICH WAS SUPPOSE TO BE WHITE porcelain. WHEN ANOTHER DENTIST THAT HAS OVER 20 YEARS EXP SAID IF I WAS IN DENTAL SCHOOL I WOULD HAVE NEVER HAVE BEEN ABLE TO LET YOU LEAVE WITH A TOOTH LIKE THAT, YOU KNOW THEY DID SOMETHING WRONG. THEN I WAS BLAMED TOLD IT WAS MY FAULT I DID NOT LIKE IT AND IT WAS MY FAULT MY BITE WAS OFF RESULTING IN THE DENTIST HAVING TO DRILL OFF HALF THE porcelain. REALLY THAT IS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR PATIENTS. THEN I AM TOLD I AM RUDE AND NASTY, NEXT TIME I WILL JUST RECORD EVERYTHING THAT GOES ON WHEN I GO IN TO FINISH THE WORK.
