Christian Community Action Adult Health Center Patients are seen by appointment. Referrals to area-specialists are made as necessary. Their services include: Medical Chiropractic and massage therapy for pain management Dental services such as fillings, root canals and extractions Dental Sealant program available for children only Diabetic and nutritional education Dispensary of medication Health and wellness education Immunizations such as flu, pneumovax , etc. Laboratory Medication Assistance Program (MAP) Optometry services to include: prescription eyeglasses vision screenings eye trauma diabetic retinopathy and other eye disorders Women's health care including Pap tests and annual exams (excludes maternity care)Provides sliding scale services. Call for details.
