I am a 20 yrs old formal foster care kid. I've been in foster care since I was 12. I have a tooth that isnt there anymore but the root is. And I've been in pain because I cant get a dentist appointment. I've tried to be seen by dentist for over a year right now. I really need to get an appointment and save my teeth.

The Associate who schedules appointments was Very Rude, Condescending & Crass When I made my appointment and when she called to confirm my appointment she informed me because my insurance refused to pay for another Xray and that I needed to go out of my way just a few days shy of my appointment and acquire copies of the Xrays or I wouldn't have an appointment. I work full time I don't know how they expect me to obtain such copies in two days with my busy schedule so my appointment was canceled. Who knew they were so Crass. They would deny future clients service because of xrays. You don't need an xray to clean & only clean teeth. Their just money hungry and want that insurance money. Very Rudy & unprofessional
