Mountain Hope Clinic is proud to be the only health care ministry in Sevier County that exclusively treats the medically uninsured. Services they provide Primary medical and health care services, including health screenings, pediatric care and general medicine. They charge $25.00 for office visits regardless of the patient income. Medications, laboratory tests, injections and other procedures have a separate charge from the office visit charge. Assistance to established patients in signing up for pharmaceutical programs for medicine to treat chronic illness. Some diagnostic and simple surgical procedures in the clinic, and referrals to outside medical and healthcare professionals for conditions that cannot be treated on site. Dental unit provides only extractions, simple fillings and dental cleanings at this time. Patient Requirements Patients must live or work in Sevier County. They do not accept patients who have health insurance. (This includes TennCare, Medicare, VA Benefits, etc.) Patients must provide the following at their first visit: Picture ID such as drivers license and Social Security Card They recommend that patients bring a minimum of $25 on the first visit. Services they don't provide Pharmacy services - they are not a pharmacy and cannot fill prescriptions. Diagnostic x-rays, emergency treatment of fractures. Restorative dental care such as crowns, dentures, root canals. Routine immunizations for children or adults. Hours and days of operations: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. - appointment only
