In keeping with the Gospel, Matthew 25 Health and Dental Clinic is dedicated to caring for people in need. Dental clinic hours: Mondays 8:30am - 4pm Tuesdays 12:30pm - 8pm Wednesdays 8:30am - 12pm Thursdays 8:30am - 4pm Fridays 8:30am - 4pm To become a patient: To qualify to become a patient at Matthew 25 you need to be A resident of Allen County Age 18 or older Have no medical insurance (including Medicaid) and Be at or below their income requirements
