Provides non-emergency donated dental services for seniors age 65 and older, people on SSDI, or people who are medically compromised. The Arizona Dental Foundation keeps Arizona smiling by providing charitable dentistry programs to children, seniors and individuals with a special need. We do this by mobilizing volunteers, identifying and linking resources, and offering educational opportunities for dental professionals.

Because of the extensive screening process, please understand that this program cannot respond to emergency requests. Upon receipt, your application will be placed on our waiting list. Be patient; waiting lists in some areas may exceed three years. The referral coordinator will contact you when your application comes up for review.

The mission of the Arizona Dental Foundation (ADF) is to keep Arizona smiling by connecting and mobilizing people and resources to provide education and statewide charitable dentistry to children, seniors, and individuals with a special need.

We do our best to provide a helpful low cost and free dental services. Always confirm directly with the dental clinis to confirm that our information is up to date.
