The Northern Virginia Dental Clinic is a private non-profit 501(c) (3) organization.



It was established in 1994 by members of the Northern Virginia Dental Society who wanted to contribute a critically-needed service to the community while preserving the dignity of the underserved.



A unique, public/private partnership between dental professionals, local governments and social service agencies was formed.

Monday - Thursday: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 noonThe Northern Virginia Dental Society accepts only those individuals deemed eligible through an established network of referring social service agencies.

Most services are offered at a flat rate of $40 per visit.



Additional fees are charged for biopsies and prosthetic appliances.



All fees must be prepaid.



No appointment will be scheduled prior to receipt of payment in full.



Payments may be made in the form of cash or money orders.



No personal checks will be accepted.



AppointmentsEmergency and initial appointments are scheduled through designated referring agencies only.



The initial appointment will require approximately one hour so that a medical history can be obtained, a thorough examination with x-rays will be conducted, and a detailed treatment plan will be developed.



Referring agencies will be advised of appointment availability.



Individuals requiring additional treatment may schedule appointments prior to departing the clinic.



Appointments may be rescheduled.



However, rescheduling must occur at least two working days prior to the originally scheduled appointment date/time, or appointment and payment will be forfeited.



No refund will be made for missed appointments or to individuals arriving more that ten minutes late for their scheduled appointment.
